- If you do not receive an email from Drenched Swimwear within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. Alternatively, the email address you entered may have been spelled incorrectly.
- To check your orders, log into your Drenched Swimwear account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.
- If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Support team by emailing email@example.com.
- Discount codes can not be applied to previously placed orders. You can use the discount code on your next order as long as it is still valid.
- Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled or changed.
- All orders take 1-2 days to process.
- Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.
- All orders are sent via USPS from Southfield, Michigan, USA and a tracking number will always be provided via email. Once you receive a tracking number from Drenched Swimwear, any questions regarding tracking and shipment must be directed towards USPS.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email including your tracking information.
We are currently offering an order pick up option at Harper Ray Accessories: 29501 Greenfield Rd., Suite 116, Southfield, MI 48076.
The "pick up" option will be available after you press "check out" on the cart page under "delivery method" before continuing to payment.
You will receive an email including a date and time of when your order will be ready for pick up.
All pick up orders must be picked up within 14 days.
