Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email. 
  • If you do not receive an email from Drenched Swimwear within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. Alternatively, the email address you entered may have been spelled incorrectly.
  • To check your orders, log into your Drenched Swimwear account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.
  • If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Support team by emailing hello@drenchedswimusa.com.
        I forgot to use a discount code on my order, can I still use it?
        • Discount codes can not be applied to previously placed orders. You can use the discount code on your next order as long as it is still valid. 
        I placed an order, but I want to cancel/change the order.
        • Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled or changed.
        How long does shipping take?
        • All orders take 1-2 days to process.
        • Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.
        • All orders are sent via USPS from Southfield, Michigan, USA and a tracking number will always be provided via email. Once you receive a tracking number from Drenched Swimwear, any questions regarding tracking and shipment must be directed towards USPS.
        How can I track my order? 
        Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email including your tracking information.

        Do you offer local pick up?
        Yes, we offer local pick up at Harper Ray Accessories (29139 Southfield Rd, Southfield, MI 48076). When checking out, select pick up and you will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for pick up.

        What is your returns policy? 
        For sanitary purposes, Drenched Swimwear does not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds on swimwear. All swimwear sales are final. Athleisure can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase or returned for store credit. 

        How do I take care of my swimwear?
        • Hand wash in cold water
        • Do not bleach
        • Air dry
        • Do not iron or machine wash
        • Avoid contact with rough surfaces to avoid pulling or balling of fabric
        • Avoid tanning oils and creams
        How do I unsubscribe from your emails and newsletters? 
        To unsubscribe, simply go to the bottom of our emails and you will see a "Unsubscribe" link.
